On the 3rd of July 1995 a ceremonial meeting took place at the YMCA Restaurant in the presence of the Mayor of Nazareth Ramez Jeraysi and Judge Selim Jubran and his wife Nina and most of the members of the club with their wives. President Zuheir opened the meeting where he related to the members and the guests the projects that were done during the year.
Past President Emile Nuseir read from the Bible, Vice President elect proposed a toast for the ladies and Mrs. Aida Nakhle responded.
Immediately after the official items of the program P. Zuheir gave the pin of the Presidency to Dr. Issam Rizeek who rang the bell and started the first meeting of the Rotary Year 1995/96.

During the meeting PDG Judge Selim Jubran gave an acknowledgement Award to PP. Yusef Srouji as the editor of the best club magazine in the District for the year 1994/1995
