On the 1st. of May 2000, Governor Yusef Srouji together with several Past Governors and Rotarians together with his Excellency the Ambassador of Jordan in Israel Omar Rifai, Knesset member Nawwaf Massalha and officials from Keren Kayemet attended the inauguraton of King Hussein Grove in Paul Harris Forest.

A Group of Rotarians from Treviso Italy, visited Nazareth and on the 2nd of May 2000 a joint meeting was held at the Grand New Hotel. The meeting was cordial and both clubs promised future cooperation in projects of the clubs.
