On the 2nd of June 1987, a meeting was held at the Grand New Hotel for both Rotary and the Inner Wheel Clubs. During the meeting both clubs distributed donations for the sum of 15000.- shekels of which 9000.- from the Rotary Club and 6000.- from the Inner Wheel Club.
The recipients of the donations were:
Nazareth Hospital, Italian Hospital, French Hospital, Society for treatment of children with Cancer in Affula Hospital, School for special education in Kfar Cana, the Maronite Scout Boys and the Nazareth Medical Library.
Also two scholarships for University Students donated by Yusef Shokha Family.
