On the 11th of April 2006 a lecturer at the Technion in Haifa Jad Jarroush, talked in the club meeting about G.P.S. program and its use to discover the movements on the Planet Earth..
During the meeting President Jeries gave a check and together with the Inner wheel the sum added up to 11500.- shekels as a scholarship for one year to an Arab Technion engineering student whose grades are exceptionally high.
