On Tuesday the 6th of June 2017 the Rotary Club of Nazareth held its traditional Ramadan Iftar
evening at the St. Margaret Hostel. This special evening had been going on in the club since 1997.
Rotary members started to gather in the place, and by eight, president of the club Bashir Bishara welcomed all those present , members and their wives and some guests of the club. He then started with the usual Rotary programs after which he introduced singer Iyad Assadi who with his band started singing appropriate seasonal songs that were appreciated, liked and joined by all present.
It is worth mentioning that members came in to the Hostel with special Arabic folklore head dress, the Tarboush, and some of them had the special Arab gowns on, that gave the evening a special atmosphere.
All present enjoyed the evening that continued till the late hours of the night.
