On Tuesday the 19th of October 1993, the president, Elie Nakhle, PP. Nusrat Nusralla and the chairman of the International Service Committee Issam Srouji went to Kiryat Shmona to attend a District Meeting concerning the Rotary Foundation and other subjects relating to the International Service Committees.
