On the 2nd of May 1994, Dr. Elias Srouji (A Charter Member of the Rotary Club of Nazareth) was visiting his family in Nazareth attended the meeting in which he talked about his experiences in Nazareth as a doctor Pediatrician and the work he and Dr. Konitzer (El Namsawi) did when there were only five doctors in town. Then he talked about the early days of the club in Nazareth. Dr. Elias was the 4th president of the Club. 1955/1956.
