On the 3rd of November 1987 a Folklore Dance Group arrived from Fatima in Portugal. The group performed Folklore Dancing at the Hall of the Salvatorian School in Nazareth. The event was arranged between President Salem and the club of Fatima. At the end of the program each member of the group received a token present from President Salem.
Correspondence between Fatima Club and our president continued for several years.
