On the 27th of September 1988, Governor Fogel paid his official visit to the club of Nazareth. A meeting was held with members of the Rotary Club and in the evening a special dinner reception was held in his honor attended by most of the members and their wives.
Governor Fogel talked about the projects and activities in Rotary Israel.
President Selim gave the Governor the traditional present, the brass plate with the 4 Way Test carved on it.
