During the Rotary Year 1969/70 Judge Khalil Abboud was President of the Club.
On the 10th of September 1969 President Khalil Abboud opened the Rotary Meeting that was held at the YMCA in Nazareth by welcoming the guest speaker, Engineer Mohamed Shawkan, the members and their guests.
