On Tuesday the 3rd of September 1996 during the regular meeting of the club at the Grand New Hotel Dr. Roni Carmeli director of Vascular surgery in Carmel Hospital talked about the atheros sclirosis (hardened vessels) and Brain Infarct and their cure through surgery. During the lecture several slides showed the stricken vessels and the way it is treated.
