On the 14th of July 1996, president Abboud together with other members of the club paid a visit to the Affula Club where Judge Khalil Abboud talked about the importance of Rotary in encouraging understanding and tolerance between the Arabs and Jews in this country. The president of the Affula Club while thanking the speaker mentioned that the Rotary Bell of the club in Affula was presented by the Nazareth Club during the Charter Meeting as sponsor of the club of Affula.
