On the 29th of June the meeting was with the ladies and several guests from outside the club. The guest speakers were Prof. Itamar Raz the Director of the Diabetes Dept. in Hadassa Ein Karem and the president D-Cior Association accompanied by Proff. Naim Shehada, director of the Diabetes Dept in Rambam Haifa and the president of the special committee in the National Council for Diabetes.
Both guests talked about the subject at the end of which president Jeries gave a check for the sum of 10,000.- Shekels as a donation from the club to the Research Institute for the diabetes disease.
