PP Suheil Jeraysi who chaired the District Committee for the Arab Jewish Understanding arranged for several meetings pertaining to the subject. In September PP Suheil and other members of the club attended a conference that was held in Migdal Emek concerning the subject of friendship between the two peoples of the country.
The meeting was sponsored by the Mayor Toufic Zayyad and the guest speaker was Ezer Weitzman.
