On the 3rd. of July 2006 a festive meeting was held at St. Margaret Hostel for the change of Presidents from Jeries Boulos to Dr. Halim Azzam.
President Halim in his opening speech requested cooperation with him to assure success of the projects and the programs he is planning for this year. He appointed his staff and the chairmen of the different avenues of rotary and again expressed from all members to work together sincerely so as to assure success.
