On the first of April 1987, the club welcomed in Nazareth members of Ramat Gan Club who were hosted in the homes of Rotarians and in the evening a joint Rotary Meeting was held at the Grand New Hotel where the guest speaker was Member of Knesset Abdulwahhab Darawsha.
The guests and hosts were happy to be together and speakers of both clubs assured that such meetings were necessary to acquaint members with each other and help promoting understanding and friendship between the two peoples of the country.
