On the 4th of October 1992 a One Day Conference on Arbitration was held in Pardess Hana under the Auspices of Governor Selim Jubran. The main speaker was Judge Eliahu Vinograd, president of the Magistrate Courts in Tel Aviv. The purpose of the meeting was to give clarifications and explanations on Arbitration and some legal aspects on the cases in hand. It was mentioned that there were 300 Rotary members from 45 clubs who joined in this project among them several members from the Arabic Speaking Clubs.
