On the 26th of November 1999, The Bet Hagefen traditional yearly feast of the feasts ( Ramadan Christmas and Hannuka) a festival took place in Nazareth.
250 Rotarians from all the country gathered to honor writers, journalists and politicians who wrote or promoted friendship and understanding between the Arabs and Jews in this country.
